While many vacations do not require additional fees, certain specialized services—such as standalone airline tickets—or highly customized itineraries may include a separate planning or booking fee. For larger custom vacation packages requiring extensive research, coordination, and personalized itinerary design, a modest 5% planning and service fee may apply. Any applicable fees are always clearly disclosed, itemized separately, and never hidden within the cost of your vacation.

Whether you need help with hotels, cruises, tours, transportation, travel insurance, destination recommendations, or flights, we can provide as much or as little assistance as you'd like.
For complete vacation packages that include accommodations, cruises, or land arrangements, flight planning and booking are included as a complimentary service. For standalone flight reservations, a small booking fee may apply, as airlines generally do not compensate travel advisors. Even then, you'll receive competitive pricing along with the added benefit of professional support and service.
